The start date is a very tricky situation when you have a 2-man crew. Ray Diana is vague on purpose to provide each client with the attention that the project expects and deserves. Many projects take longer because the client is so satisfied that additional work is added to the original project. Ray is constantly communicating with current and prospective clients to keep them informed of any delays in the start date. One week before the start date Ray contacts the client and verifies the exact start date and time of the project.
estimate is prepared within 1 week of the time Ray Diana has been out to the property to meet with the client and discuss the parameters of the project. Usually, this is the rule of thumb but there are occasions when estimates are delayed due to high demand. This is usually during the Spring season. Ray Diana does his best to communicate a reasonable time frame for receiving your estimate during the initial meeting with the client.
Ray Diana Painting, LLC accepts all forms of payment including cash, check and credit card. Your first half payment will be sent by email with instructions on how to pay this bill through the Quick books online link. If you wish to pay by cash or check Ray Diana is on every job site and can accept payment.
